All of our products are made to order, which means we start producing them after your purchase is confirmed. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before shipping.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days  
- Europe: 10–15 business days  
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days  
- Rest of the world: 15–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other external factors.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If tracking is not available for your destination, we will inform you by email.

If you have not received your order within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us at info@vocelindx.com and we will assist you.
