Refund and Return Policy
At Voce Lindx, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. However, we understand that issues may occur. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Return Eligibility – Non-Personalised Products
We accept returns and exchanges for standard (non-customised) items if the following conditions are met:
- Return request made within 14 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- You include the original order number or invoice
- Customer covers the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty
Once we receive the return and confirm its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
2. Refund Policy for Personalised or Made-to-Order Items
Due to the custom nature of our products:

Claims for misprints or defects must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a free replacement or full refund will be issued
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Wrong size or colour ordered by mistake
- Orders placed with a promotional code or during sales
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
3. Size Exchanges
Please ensure you review the sizing charts before ordering. As our items are made to order, we do not offer size exchanges unless there is a fault with the item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
- Email us within 48 hours at info@vocelindx.com
- Include your order number, item SKU, and clear photos
- Do not return items before receiving authorisation from our team
- We will cover shipping costs for valid claims
5. Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Orders
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returned unclaimed items will only be reshipped once additional postage is paid
6. EU Consumer Notice
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order. Send a cancellation request to info@vocelindx.com and await written confirmation. After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
